Warranty & Returns Poilcy

♡ Oro Bèllaa Returns Policy

Please note at Oro Bèllaa we do not accept change of mind returns. We are confident this wont be a problem as all of our products are made to perfection and with love. This policy is in place for hygienic reasons. 

♡ Faulty Jewellery Pieces

Please note that all products purchased from Oro Beèllaa comply with the Australian consumer law and therefore come with a consumer Guarantee.

In the unlikely case that one of our products arrives faulty we will happily provide you with a full refund, as long as the followings are met;

♡ The product is in a new/unworn condition with all original packaging.

♡ You have emailed us at hello@orobellaa.com explaining a description of the fault and attached a image as evidence within 7 days.

Once we have received your enquiry we will carefully asses the fault and get in contact with you. (Please allow up to 5-7 days for this to happen.)

♡ Warranty Policy

At Oro Bèllaa ensuring our customers are satisfied is our number one priority. Therefore we offer a 3 month manufacture warranty on all of our jewellery pieces.

It is important to note that:

- Our warranty does not cover any oxidisation of your jewellery pieces. Please ensure you read 'Our Materials & Product Care Guide' to make sure you are looking after your jewellery.

- A refund will not be issued if your jewellery is damaged from wear and tear. We will ensure this by closely assessing any warranty claims we receive. This may take between 2-4 weeks.

- All pieces returned under warranty must be returned in original packaging.
